Where do I go?

We operate at the OSU Airport off West Case Rd. Turn into the drive just east of the stoplight at the fire station and you will be going into the grey terminal building straight ahead of you, just park anywhere to the right.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your selected time. Be advised if you do not arrive by your selected time slot, you may forfeit your flight or have to wait for the next free slot.

What should I bring?

Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the flight.

What is the cancellation policy?

Flights can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to flight time. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling within 6 hours of departure time. This does not apply if the flight is rescheduled due to weather.

May I use cash to pay for FLY614 products?

We accept cash \ Square and Venmo for our 'walk in' flights during open hours, appointments must be paid ahead of time online. If for some reason you cannot pay online please contact us.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Yes as per the manufacturer’s guidelines, passengers who exceed 300 pounds will be unable to fly. The total passenger weight for each flight cannot exceed 700 pounds. If you think your party may be close to this, please call us.

What do you do if there is bad weather?

At FLY614, safety is our number one priority. If the weather on the day of your flight is questionable, we will make a preliminary evaluation if weather is looking suspect 4 hours prior to scheduled departure time. If you wish you may reschedule then or wait until 1 hour prior to departure for a final call. We will not fly in questionable weather, but often weather may clear up rapidly.

Is FLY614 safe?

All aircraft are maintained to strict FAA Regulatory standards. All aircraft are inspected every morning, before every flight, and given thorough inspection at our maintenance center every 100 hours.

Is there any age restriction?

On doors OFF flights, the minimum age allowed to fly is 12-years old. On doors ON flights, there are no age restrictions. Please note, if you are under the age of 18, you will need your parent or guardian to sign a consent form. Doors ON flights: children under the age of 2 may fly as a lap child. All children 2 years and older must purchase a seat in order to fly. Everyone who flies must demonstrate that they are able to physically adhere to our safety instructions.

Does my flight time start right away?

Yes, flight time is calculated from the time you lift off the ground until the time you land.

Do you fly in the winter?

FLY614 operates year ’round!
